As communicated on our home page order processing is delayed due to measurements taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Please note, HOUSE OF ROYÀLE is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS. Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. All orders ship via USPS Standard Priority Mail.
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.

Please allow 5-7 days for processing and 5-8 days shipping for all orders. Custom Orders please allow two weeks. All orders placed after 4:00pm PDT will process the next business day.
However due to the uncertainty of this situation, your order may experience slight delays. We are working to make sure our delivery service runs as smoothly as possible, but the safety and well-being of our staff and clients remains our primary concern. Thank you for your understanding.

HOUSE OF ROYÀLE displays the transit times quoted by the shipping carrier (USPS). It reflects the average duration of transit time and tracking. Please note, HOUSE OF ROYÀLE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.

If this occurs, when it arrives, we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges.
